The staff was very friendly and service very good. The location is unbeatable - you are 2 minute walk away of restaurants and clubs. Anyone familiar with Bogotà knows that this is a major benefit in a city where you have to mover around by cab - and you are not supposed to take a cab on the street. This is one of the safest areas in the city.

Being in an area of restaurants and clubs, if you have a room facing the main road it can be noisy on weekends. Chivas (buses playing rumba and high volume) pass by for a good part of the night. However, you should be able to ask for a quieter room on the back. If you travel in couple, the bed can be a bit uncomfortable as you "jump" anytime your better half moves.

My stay was fine on a business trip. Had GOOD sleep at the superior queen room with wine, roses and a balcony. The staff were helpful during my stay. The breakfast had a huge variety of good options, and was rich and incredible. Excellent central location adjacent to the beautiful mall and many restaurants, great clubs and restaurants within walking distance and the NH Collection Royal Andino.
